HabitQuest provides an AI-powered habit tracking platform designed to help users build and maintain positive habits. 6. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscription Tiers: Pricing and features are described on our website and may change from time to time
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days prior notice

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. While we strive to help you build habits effectively, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HabitQuest SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HabitQuest, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
  • We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention policies
  • Any outstanding fees remain payable
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
